November shaped up to be one rollercoaster event! The beginning of the month saw the wild unfolding of FBX. Certainly a time in history to reflect on with all the drama unfolding live and in real time over Twitter Spaces. Then as the days passed Tweet threads detailing the entire house of cards.
As entertaining as this was to see, we know that this comes at a cost to a lot of people holding funds on the doomed exchange. Atlas Grace fortunately did NOT have any funds on the exchange.
Star Atlas were not so lucky. Shortly after the events with FBX took place, Co-Founder & CEO of Automata (Lead developer on Star Atlas) Michael Wagner held a Town Hall Event to inform the community that they were holding some of Automata’s company funds on the FBX exchange. As a result there was an increase of assets on the Star Atlas Marketplace which resulted in lowered prices on ships.
Now here’s where I stand personally as Arktype the founder of Atlas Grace…
I’m personally no less confident in Star Atlas to deliver on what they promised. In fact I would say I’m more confident in the team than ever. They know they need to fight the hardest to keep the dream alive. But they’ll never go down through lack of effort. These guys will be fired up to keep delivering and keep blowing minds!
This same fighting spirit is what drives me to my goals. Atlas Grace has the potential to change lives around the globe. Star Atlas is our tool to engage, educate and equip the next generation from developing countries.
Star Atlas Fleet Report
The fleet now consists of 70 ships currently staked in SCORE, earning approx. 66.81 $ATLAS per day (not including resources). Here’s the breakdown of what the fleet we rockin’ :

1 x FIMBUL Lowbie
18 x PEARCE X4
3 x VZUS Solos
21 x OPAL Jet
Eventually SCORE gameplay will sunset, so these will remain in the wallet and be leased for free to Khmer youth in Cambodia. This will allow them to jump into the Star Atlas metaverse without the need for any upfront cost and have them earning their own assets within the play to earn economy.
POLIS Locker Report
Polis Locker Balance (as of November 30th) is 1,445.3704 POLIS earning Approx. 2.3 POLIS per day.
The locker was at 1'227.11 POLIS at the beginning of the month. 150.6334 POLIS was contributed and 65.4375 POLIS rewards were earned and compounded back into the locker.
2023 will mark a shift in focus for the Atlas Grace wallet. 50% of rewards from both the SCORE program and the Polis Locker will be compounded with the remaining 50% being donated to IRL (In Real Life) charities at the end of each month. These donations will be made to verified charity wallets and receipt of the transfer hash number will be made public for full transparency (this is the beauty of the blockchain). Step Finance already has a number of reputable charities linked on their site to chose from. These choices will be posted for followers of the Atlas Grace wallet Twitter page to vote on, which in turn will create community involvement and bring awareness to these causes.
What’s Next For Atlas Grace?
The end of the year is fast approaching. Which means I’m excited that Phase 1 (compounding) is complete!
